Building something that has never been done before in Pennsylvania requires more than vision. It requires the right team. Today, we are proud to introduce six extraordinary leaders who have joined the Front Porch Cohousing Advisory Board as we work toward breaking ground at Hilltown Oaks.
Six New Voices. One Shared Mission.
Our expanded Advisory Board now brings together eleven leaders spanning construction, IDD services, architecture, technology, and community advocacy — each personally committed to creating neuroinclusive communities where adults with IDDs can own their homes and belong to a community.
Our New Advisory Board Members
George Kiriakidi — President, Prime Custom Builders
With over two decades of residential construction expertise and a hands-on approach to building homes of distinction, George is one of only two builders fully committed to the development of Front Porch's neuroinclusive communities. A Bucks County native and Temple University business graduate, George brings a "relationships for life" philosophy that aligns perfectly with our mission.
Steve Yates, P.E. — President, Lynn Builders
A licensed professional engineer with more than 35 years of technical expertise, Steve is the second builder fully committed to Front Porch's success. His engineering background enables him to navigate complex building regulations with precision, ensuring our communities are structurally sound and innovatively designed for our residents' specific needs.
Christine Martin — President, Shared Wellness
With nearly four decades of leadership in the IDD field, Chris co-founded Shared Support Inc. and has spent her career spearheading systems innovation, transition advocacy, and trauma-informed care programs across Pennsylvania and Maryland. Her vast experience in community-based services provides a vital perspective as we design the supportive infrastructure within our communities.
Alex Nocella — CEO-Designate, Shared Wellness
Alex brings expertise in counseling, community trauma therapy, and organizational leadership. A Doylestown resident and active Rotary member, Alex participates in the Lifesharing Program — a personal demonstration of her belief in the power of shared living and supportive community networks.
Joyce Lenhardt, AIA — Principal, Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors
A specialist in Senior Living design with decades of experience in programming, master planning, and affordable housing, Joyce understands the critical intersection between the built environment and quality of life. She is an active contributor to the Philadelphia region's nonprofit landscape and a frequent speaker at Environments for Aging conferences.
Kevin Burns — Retired, SAP America
Following a standout 27-year tenure at SAP America, Kevin brings more than 36 years of software industry leadership and a deep commitment to inclusive support systems. A dedicated supporter of the Els for Autism Foundation, Kevin merges high-level strategic acumen with a genuine desire to champion innovative, supportive housing solutions that prioritize belonging, dignity, and community connection.
Together, these six leaders join a board that already includes five founding advisors — bringing our total Advisory Board to eleven members whose combined expertise spans every dimension of what it takes to build Hilltown Oaks. We are grateful for their commitment and energized by what we will build together.
