Currently, we are planning cohousing communities in Bucks & Lehigh County PA. Next up would be Montgomery County, PA.

There has been a lot of interest in the Front Porch Cohousing model and we are working with people like you to help create more inclusive cohousing opportunities! Interested in working with us to create a cohousing community  near you?

All housemates must be 18 years or older and have the independence or supportive services they need to be safe in the setting.

Our cohousing programs will operate in compliance with federal and state housing laws. Our intake process will be available shortly.

We do have an active waitlist at this time. Reach out today to stay in the loop about availability.

The cost to live at Front Porch Cohousing depends on the expenses of the particular home or apartment, whether an applicant qualifies for subsidies, and other factors. Contact us for an individualized estimate today.

We believe one size does not fit all and both the cohousing and supports need to be individualized. Housemates self-direct their supportive services with Front Porch Cohousing. To better learn about their support needs, we offer a useful assessment. We also work together with the individual and their support persons to optimize the experience while maintaining each housemates’ independent living needs.

It all starts with a conversation about your goals and experiences. Persons interested in living with us then submit an application, attend a meeting, and complete an assessment. Get started today.
